Zibi - Block 208

Block 208 is a 4-storey commercial building bordering the waters of the Buchanan Channel, to the west of Booth Street. To maintain the appeal of the building’s industrial characteristics, the existing south and east walls, as well as their first structural bays, will be retained and rehabilitated, offering tenants a heritage feel with the efficiency of a new-build. Block 208 opens onto Head Street Square, a vibrant public space designed to celebrate the industrial heritage of the site.
